1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using NexSub (the "Service"), operated by OpenSource Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2 Description of Service
NexSub provides free subdomains on nexsub.online, mydemodomain.buzz, demoinstance.online with DNS management tools. The Service is provided free of charge without guarantees of uptime or continuity. We may modify or discontinue any part at any time.
3 Account Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits will result in all being terminated.
4 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to host, transmit, link to, or facilitate any of the following:
Pages designed to steal passwords, financial data or personal information.
Ransomware, trojans, spyware, keyloggers or any malicious software.
Anything that violates applicable local, national or international law.
Any content that sexualises or exploits minors. Zero tolerance — immediate law enforcement referral.
Bulk unsolicited emails, SMS campaigns or phishing links.
Targeted harassment, threats or publishing private information about individuals.
Launching or coordinating denial-of-service attacks or exploiting infrastructure.
Content promoting, glorifying or facilitating acts of terrorism or violent extremism.
Selling, advertising or facilitating the sale of controlled substances.
Pirated software, media or other copyright-infringing material.
Fake giveaways, investment fraud or other deceptive schemes.
Unauthorised cryptocurrency mining or abuse of shared infrastructure.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We determine violations at our sole discretion.
5 Enforcement & Termination
The offending subdomain is deactivated without prior notice and its DNS records removed.
Serious or repeated violations result in all your subdomains across all domains being permanently deleted.
Your NexSub account is permanently closed. Re-registration using the same identifying information is prohibited.
We may log and preserve records of the violation to assist law enforcement or affected parties.
For illegal content — especially CSAM, terrorism or serious fraud — we report proactively to relevant authorities without notice.
6 Reporting Abuse
If you encounter a subdomain on any of our domains that violates these Terms, please report it at hello@opensourcehub.dev. Include the full URL, a description of the content, and any supporting evidence. We review all reports and act as quickly as possible.
7 Data & Privacy
We collect only what is needed to operate the Service: username, email, hashed password, and subdomain configuration. We do not sell your data, serve ads, or share your information with third parties except as required by law. DNS records you create are visible to anyone who queries the DNS system.
8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or continuity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenSource Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for all content hosted under your subdomain.
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenSource Hub operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
